So here is a manic wedding cake made on extremely short notice.... 72 hrs to be exact. Pulled it off though bride and groom were chuffed and there is no sign of the cake :)
Layer one was vanilla with raspberry jam, layer 2 was lemon and layer 3 was chocolate. all covered in vanilla sugar paste decorated with sugar flowers.
